1. Liability Waiver
By scheduling service with Yuma Poop Scoop, the customer agrees to hold Yuma Poop Scoop, its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from services rendered. Yuma Poop Scoop is not responsible for injury, illness, property damage, or other consequences related to the presence of pet waste, lawn conditions, or hazards beyond our direct control.
2. Service Access
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled day. If access is blocked (locked gates, aggressive animals, construction, etc.), the visit may be skipped and service will resume on the next scheduled day without refund.
3. Weather & Skipped Days
In the event of extreme weather (including heavy rain, lightning, dust storms, excessive heat, or flooding), Yuma Poop Scoop reserves the right to skip service for the safety of our staff. Service will resume at the next scheduled visit. No refunds or credits will be issued for weather-related skips.
4. Waste Disposal
All collected pet waste will be bagged and placed in the properties waste bins, unless otherwise arranged. Yuma Poop Scoop is not liable for any damage to lawns, landscaping, or surfaces caused by pet waste or waste removal.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure pets are secured during service, and that yards are maintained to allow safe navigation. Yuma Poop Scoop will not enter areas deemed unsafe.
6. Agreement
By purchasing or continuing service, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
